Booking Terms

These terms apply to bookings for “Surf with Occy”, run by [BUSINESS NAME] (ABN [ABN]), [BUSINESS ADDRESS]. By booking, you agree to them on behalf of everyone in your booking.
The session
- A 2-hour session, 9:00–11:00 am.
- Meet at Kirra Surf, Coolangatta QLD 4225.
- Ages 10+. All levels welcome, including beginners.
- The surf spot is chosen on the morning based on conditions.
Price and payment
$349 AUD per person, paid in full at the time of booking through Stripe.
What to bring
- A surfboard, or hire one at Kirra Surf at your own cost
- A wetsuit or boardshorts
- Sunscreen and water
- Your own transport from Kirra Surf to the surf spot
Changes and cancellations by us
We may reschedule or cancel a session if conditions are unsafe or because of illness. If we do, you can choose a full refund or a new date. See our refund policy for cancellations by you.
Safety instructions
Guests must follow all safety instructions given during the session. We may stop any guest from taking part if they put themselves or others at risk.
Surf safety & assumption of risk

- Surfing is a physical activity with inherent risks, including injury from waves, boards, reefs, rocks and marine life.
- Each guest confirms they are fit and healthy enough to take part and can swim.
- Guests under 18 must be booked by a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms on their behalf.
Photos and filming
We may take photos or video during the session and use them to promote Surf with Occy. If you’d rather not appear, tell us at the start of the session or email marklucianoocchilupo@gmail.com.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
