Refund Policy

If you cancel
- At least 1 day (24 hours) before the session start: free cancellation with a full refund.
- Less than 24 hours before, or no-show: no refund, but we’ll try to move you to another date if one is available.
If we cancel
If we cancel because of conditions or illness, you choose: a full refund or a new date.
How to request a refund

How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original card through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
