When you book a session we collect:
- your name, email address and mobile number
- your surf level and any notes you give us
- booking details: session date, number of guests, board hire and the amount paid
Payment card details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
Why we collect it
- to take and manage your booking
- to send your booking confirmation and receipt
- to contact you about your session, such as the meeting spot or a change due to conditions
Who we share it with
- Stripe, to process your payment
- our email provider, to send booking emails
We don’t share your information with anyone else, and we never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet our tax and legal obligations (generally up to 7 years), then delete them securely.
Cookies and analytics
This site only uses what it needs to work, such as remembering your booking while you pay. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies unless we tell you otherwise.
Access and correction
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you by emailing marklucianoocchilupo@gmail.com. We’ll respond within 30 days.
Complaints
